“I am feeling stressed!” A statement most of us are familiar with these days due to some underlying condition or multiple causes affecting our well being. The reason can be anything, ranging from exam results to parenthood, job hunting and performance reviews from work.

Laugh Out Loud (LOL)
Laughter is the best medicine. Well, this is an incomplete remark. The complete one would be: Laughter is the best medicine for all problems in life! Why? This is because laughing wholeheartedly makes one feel light by reducing the stress hormones and increasing the feel-good hormones.
So, why not type ‘LOL’ in stress-inducing conversations? Why not just laugh when stress hits you (not like a maniac but like a true conqueror in adverse situations)? Need a reason? Okay, how about diverting and reading some jokes?
