Whether you are a corporate employee, a business owner or have multiple part-time jobs, we all have that workspace where we spend a considerable amount of time almost at. Have a healthy meal before you leave for work or start working (if home is your sacred workspace.)
Spend at least 15 minutes every day exercising. There are numerous videos on YouTube that teach you how to utilize just 15 minutes of your time every day to stay fit or to get fitter.
Be aware of what you eat. It’s always recommended to bring your own food for lunch. I also like to carry a bowl of fruits & nuts to munch on later on in the day, during one of those short breaks we take from work or when I am stuck in traffic.
