Pigeon Pose

Get onto your fours. Slide your right leg forward so that your right knee reaches your right wrist and your right flexed foot is aimed at your left wrist. Bring your left leg down to the floor and stretch it out behind you. Relax your left foot. Put it right behind you. In this comfortable pose, get onto your forearms, join your hands as if in prayer and bow your head to touch your thumbs. Repeat using the other side.
