Warrior Two Pose

Begin this pose like Warrior one with your legs spread out about three to four feet. Raise your arms to your sides with your palms down. Make a 90 degree angle with your left foot and put your knee over your ankle. Keep your right foot a bit to the right. Press down the outer part of your right heel onto the floor and keep your arms outstretched and away and your torso centered. Now, move your head to your left and look ahead of your fingers. Hold this pose for 30 seconds and then change sides.
