Cat-Cow in a Chair Pose

Sit in a chair and have your feet flat on the floor. Rest your hands on your knees. After taking a few normal breaths, let your shoulders be over your hips. Inhale, then tilt your pelvis backwards and concentrate on your tailbone. Now, pull back your shoulders and look at the ceiling. Now, exhale and tilt your pelvis back. Draw in your navel. Bend your shoulders forward and look at your stomach. Repeat all these steps every time you inhale and exhale for about five to 10 breaths.
