Butterfly Pose

Sit on the floor and stretch out your legs before you. Now, bend your knees and bring your heels as close to your groin as possible. Your feet should be together. Widen your knees sideways. Use both hands to hold your feet, shins and ankles. Now, let your thighs relax so that your knees reach closer to the floor. Hold this pose for a couple of minutes.
