Warrior One Pose

After you do the Mountain pose, spread your legs out about three to four feet. Raise your arms over your head and let your palms face each other. Let your shoulder blades go down your back. Put your right foot out to make a 90 degree angle and position your left foot at 45 degrees to your right. Twist your chest to the right and position your pelvis towards your right foot. Bend your right knee and gently raise your upper back. Keep your head straight. Hold this pose for 30 seconds, then repeat with the left leg.
